On 28th July 1720, William Marsh and John Parker, church wardens of St Giles, Marfleet, were ordered by the archdeacon to buy a bible for the church (which apparently didn’t possess one).
On 28th July 1785, the new burial ground for Hull’s Holy Trinity Church was consecrated in Castle Street.
